END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

AI Meeting Notes: Transcribe & Summarize

1. INTRODUCTION

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 88 Hours ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") for the software application titled "AI Meeting Notes: Transcribe & Summarize" ("Software" or "Add-in"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Add-in, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Add-in.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Add-in strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any service terms provided with the Add-in, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION

3.1 Free Trial

The Add-in offers a free trial period during which you may use the transcription service for up to 30 minutes of audio content. After reaching this limit, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using the transcription and summarization features.

3.2 Subscription Plans

To access unlimited transcription and summarization features, you must purchase a subscription plan. Subscription plans are available by contacting us at hello@88hours.io or by visiting our website at www.88hours.io.

3.3 Billing

Information regarding billing, pricing, and payment terms will be provided at the time of subscription purchase and may be updated from time to time. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your purchase.

4. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-in
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Add-in
• Copy the Add-in except as expressly permitted in this Agreement
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Add-in
• Use the Add-in to infringe upon the rights of others
• Use the Add-in for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Add-in and any copies thereof remain with the Company. The Add-in is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. DATA PRIVACY AND COLLECTION

6.1 Data Collection

The Add-in collects the following user data:

• User name
• Email address

6.2 Use of Data

The data collected is used for:

• Providing and maintaining the Add-in services
• Processing your transactions
• Sending you administrative emails
• Improving the Add-in's functionality and user experience

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE ADD-IN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

9. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
